We are recruiting! We are looking for a new Administrative Assistant at Tot Bop. The job is a part-time position of just 1 or 2 hours a day, which could work nicely around either family life or other work commitments. It is predominantly ‘work from home’ but in an ideal world, the right candidate would live within approx. 30 mins radius of Leighton Buzzard for occasional in person meetings if required. It is a self-employed, contracted position, meaning you calculate your own tax for your tax return at the end of the financial year.
Here’s a bit about the role:
Position: Tot Bop Administrative Assistant
Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour / up to £500 per month
Approx Hours Per Week: 5-10 hours
The right candidate will work very closely with the company director to provide administrative support in the management of Tot Bop Herts, Beds & Bucks.
About the role:
- Work from home
- Part-time: approximately 5-10 hours a week
- Trial follow up emails and phone calls
- Basic management of website updates (training provided)
- Maintenance of registrations and booking system (training provided)
- Customer relations, specifically dealing with enquiries & queries
- Basic financial management
Skills required:
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Proficiency in WordPress is a bonus but not essential (training provided)
- Strong customer service skills and friendly telephone manner
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent organisational skills and detailed approach
- Bright, sunny personality
